Garden Radishes

In the last couple weeks, along with microgreens, I have sold some French Breakfast and Easter Egg Radishes.

Arugula and Greens Mix are producing as well.
Snow peas are sprouted and looking good for May production.

Mixing and Stacking

I sold a 5 trays of microgreens today, all different varieties. Field Pea, and popcorn, along with some new Triton, which tastes like a radish.

Also sold amaranth mixed with sunflower. I think the idea to mix them on harvest is great, and cant wait to hear what the chef thought.

Finally i thought id show a picture of the "stack" of the trays before they go into light. Older ones are moved to the top, as you can see the top ones are sprouted, while the newer ones start on the bottom.

Purple Tomatillos

Today I sold Daikon Radish and Field Pea microgreens and a batch of tomatoes and tomatillos

In order to improve useability and storability of small red stemmed plants, my chef customer asked if i could mix them with something green upon harvest. So on Friday i will have Amaranth and Sunflower microgreens ready, and will do just that. Check back to see the results!
